- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Multiple horrible experiences. We pay for the wellness plan and they still try to charge for everything. If your pet doesn't have something visibly wrong at that time they will not treat them until doing tests first and then charge you for it. Following tests, it turns out we were right, and still had to pay. Head female vet acts clueless if you question her, has horrible communication skills, and will offer multiple prescriptions if shes "not sure" whats going on. I wouldn't even bring in a pet here to have them put down, theyre likely to fail at that also.September 23, 2017by Hannah Kulp
